Management Goals:

Organization of financial and economic activities aimed at ensuring the preservation and efficient use of fixed and current assets, labor, and financial resources of JSC "ATU".

Main Objectives of Management:

  • Implementation of activities for the economic development of JSC "ATU";
  • Conducting economic planning in accordance with market needs and the availability of necessary resources to achieve the highest efficiency of JSC "ATU";
  • Organization and improvement of labor planning, forms and systems of remuneration, compliance with labor legislation, decrees, orders, and other regulatory acts governing labor organization and wages;
  • Planning of expenses for training personnel with higher and secondary professional education for JSC "ATU" in accordance with established standards;
  • Conducting marketing of the economic and business activities of JSC "ATU" based on accounting and reporting data, preparing proposals to eliminate shortcomings in the use of funds, ensuring consistent implementation of a cost-saving regime, and strict compliance with the budget of JSC "ATU";
  • Participation in the development of strategic and annual development, accreditation, and certification plans of JSC "ATU";
  • Participation in the development of regulatory and methodological documentation governing the financial activities of JSC "ATU" (regulations on employee remuneration, tariffs, prices, etc.).

Main Tasks of the Senior Economist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning (DEBP):

  • Preparation of the staffing schedule and monthly tariff list of JSC "ATU";
  • Submission of the monthly tariff list to the Department of Accounting and Reporting (DAR) for payroll calculation and payment to JSC "ATU" employees;
  • Calculation of the wage fund and number of employees, taking into account the most rational use of labor resources and maintaining a proper employee ratio;
  • Preparation of a monthly statistical report on the use of funds for the training of specialists under state order and contractual basis;
  • Conducting marketing of the economic and business activities of JSC "ATU" based on accounting and reporting data, preparing proposals to eliminate deficiencies in fund usage, ensuring consistent cost-saving, and strict adherence to the JSC "ATU" budget;
  • Participation in the development of strategic and annual development, accreditation, and certification plans of JSC "ATU";
  • Participation in the development of regulatory and methodological documentation governing the financial activities of JSC "ATU" (regulations on employee remuneration, tariffs, prices, etc.).

Main Goal of the Department of Settlements with Students (DSS):

  • Execution of settlements related to the accrual and accounting of payments for provided paid educational services;
  • Improving the quality of accounting for cash funds received for educational services.

Main Tasks of the Department of Settlements with Students (DSS):

  • Formation of complete and reliable information on the state of receivables and payables for provided paid educational services;
  • Ensuring control over the correctness of accruals and accounting of payments for provided educational services;
  • Development of an effective model for accounting of funds for educational services;
  • Conducting marketing of the economic and business activities of JSC "ATU" based on accounting and reporting data, preparing proposals to eliminate shortcomings in the use of funds, ensuring consistent implementation of cost-saving, and strict compliance with the JSC "ATU" budget;
  • Participation in the development of strategic and annual development, accreditation, and certification plans of JSC "ATU";
  • Participation in the development of regulatory and methodological documentation governing the financial activities of JSC "ATU" (regulations on employee remuneration, tariffs, prices, etc.).

Main Goal of the Department of Planning and Settlements (DPS):

  • Execution of settlements related to the accrual and payment for dormitory accommodation;
  • Implementation of normative planning methods;
  • Improving the quality of accounting for cash funds received for dormitory accommodation.

Main Tasks of the Department of Planning and Settlements (DPS):

  • Formation of complete and reliable information on the state of receivables and payables for dormitory accommodation;
  • Ensuring control over the correctness of accruals and payments for dormitory accommodation;
  • Development of an effective model for accounting of funds received for dormitory accommodation;
  • Control over the planning and determination of calculation norms;
  • Conducting marketing of the economic and business activities of JSC "ATU" based on accounting and reporting data, preparing proposals to eliminate shortcomings in the use of funds, ensuring consistent cost-saving, and strict compliance with the JSC "ATU" budget;
  • Participation in the development of strategic and annual development, accreditation, and certification plans of JSC "ATU";
